Shadow & Flame.  REHOMED.  Shadow has adopted little Flame as his own after he arrived at the rescue following the death of his cagemate and the family's decision not to take on any more.  Shadow is 18 months old and little Flame is 3 months old.  Shadow is a shy boy and would suit a quiet home with lots of time to spend giving cuddles.

Rude Rollie & Wallace - Rehomed 19/12/11

Rude Rollie & Wallace.  REHOMED.  These two boys have formed a very strong bond since they met here at the rescue.  Rollie, 12 months old, has been waiting for the perfect partner after the death of his best friend.  Little Wallace was born here at the rescue after his mother was saved from a very poor life, in which she sadly lost her last litter of babies to cats.

This sweet pair of boys are such good friends, Andy has now recovered from the mite infestation he arrived at the rescue with and his hair has now completely regrown. They will suit an attentive home who are looking for fun additions to their family.

Mr & Mrs Anderson - REHOMED 28/11/11

Mr & Mrs Anderson.  REHOMED.  This stunning couple are devoted to each other and hope to find a family equally devoted to them.  As Mr Anderson is long haired he will need a daily brush and occasional baths, sadly his last home neglected his grooming and he arrived with a seriously matted and infested coat.  He was very lucky to avoid flystrike which is often fatal.  Now that he has fully recovered from the chest infection he also arrived with and his coat is in superb condition they are ready for a new home. Mr Anderson is neutered.  As they are an older pair of piggies (3.5 yrs) they are finding it hard to find a family.

Sarah & Elizabeth.  REHOMED. Both rescued from living loose in gardens where uncontrolled breeding led to population explosions, much to the local cats' delight. They met and bonded here at the rescue after Sarah's baby boy was weaned.  Sarah is estimated to be 9 months old, Elizabeth is 1 month old.

Mannie - DATING - 6 months old, still shy from living loose in a garden for the majority of his young life.  He is adapting well to being handled and loves his carrot treats.

Chester - DATING - 6 months old, brother to Mannie.  More confident than his brother and is happy to be stroked as long as he gets a reward.

Mattie & Minx - Rehomed 8/10/11

These two girls have taken a long time to recover from their past life - they were found in a cardboard box in a country park - luckily the dog that found them was on a lead.  They were obese, mite infested and terrified.

6 & 8 months old.  Laurel is a satin coated guinea pig, his coat glistens in the sun.  Cassidy is a beautiful lilac, he is a special needs piggy as he is missing many of his toes on his front feet, his mum was over the top in cleaning him up when he was born.  These boys will need an indoor, experienced home.

Doris is a coronet, black with a touch of white.  Blodwen is a black merino.  Their beautiful long hair will need a great deal of maintenance to ensure they are free from knots and soiling.  They will need a home experienced with grooming on a daily basis.  The girls are sweet natured and will make fabulous pets.

12 month old females. These girls are timid but are improving now that they are getting attention. Liquorice is a golden agouti and white, the more shy of the pair. Peony is a dark eyed white rex, more confident and happier to be held. They would benefit from a home where they have the time to learn to trust people again with gentle, regular handling.

These two beauties have been on pregnancy watch since they arrived at the rescue just after the New Year.  Thankfully they proved not to be pregnant and are now available for adoption.  They are closely related, most probably sisters.  Their approx age is 7-9 months.  They are very strongly bonded and snuggle up happily together at bedtime, both have an inquisitive nature.
